  • Reviewing all contracts, dealership agreements, and financing documents before signing.
  • Making final decisions regarding any purchase or sale.
4. Limitation of Liability

  • Dealership actions, financing approvals, or third-party service providers.
  • Any loss, damage, or dissatisfaction arising from dealership sales, vehicle condition, or financing terms.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
5. Fees and Payments
  • Service fees must be paid in full as agreed upon after negotiations or sales assistance is provided.
  • All fees are non-refundable once services are rendered.
  • Additional services may incur additional charges, disclosed in advance.
6. Communication
  • Lucky Motor Co. communicates primarily through phone, email, or in-person meetings.
  • We are not responsible for missed communications caused by spam filters, incorrect contact information, or failure to respond in a timely manner.
7. Privacy and Confidentiality

8. Vehicle Sales and Inspections

9. Legal Compliance

10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a disagreement, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith discussion. If unresolved, disputes may be handled through arbitration or mediation in Ventura County, California.
